How is Coaching Different than Therapy?
Coaching
Coaching can be short or long term focused. It is typically focused on setting and reaching future goals (increasing self-awareness, strengthening relationships, professional development etc); not focused on the past of the individual. Coaching does not involve a mental health diagnosis and providers can work outside of the state they live in.
Therapy
Therapy is typically long term focused, can provide the individual with an assessment, diagnosis and treatment for all mental health diagnoses, and is provided by a licensed clinician (only where the clinician is licensed). Therapy can focus on the past and present life of the individual.

Working with me as your coach gives you the benefit of my experience as a licensed therapist. My work with individuals over the past decade has been focused on helping individuals just like you reframe their mindset, overcome day to day struggles and find their purpose. My approach with clients is goal-oriented and collaborative.
How long does coaching last?
Your coaching session will differ in frequency and length depending on your specific goals. We will make communicate throughout the coaching process of what best benefits you.
